Located on the hills of the peaceful Umbrian countryside, it is about 20 km from Gubbio. The Grotte di Frasassi, within the Regional Natural Park with the same name, are 40 km away. Assisi, the birthplace of St. Francis, is about 58 km away. Perugia Airport can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. N.B.: due to its location, we recommend renting a car. This nineteenth-century farmhouse, with a lovely garden embellished with old trees such as firs, cedars, pines, walnut and cypress trees, was renovated in 2002 while preserving its original architecture, also to make it anti-seismic. It consists of a single building arranged over three levels, with rooms located on the first and second floors. The hall with the large fireplace is the ideal place where to read a good book or to spend time with your friends and family. The reception is open at set times. Late check-in must be reported in advance. The seasonal pool is surrounded by a large solarium equipped with parasols and sun loungers. Horseback riding lovers can take horseback rides through woods and rivers, supported by a specialised staff. For those who like to keep fit even on holiday, the property is an excellent starting point for hiking, Nordic walking and cycling.
