Built by renovating an ancient farmhouse, it includes a small lobby, an elevator and rooms on the ground floor, first and second floor. There are also a bar, a pizzeria, a restaurant, a children's play area with a slide and a swing, table tennis facilities, an adult and children's pool with seasonal opening. Guests can also use barbecue facilities and a laundromat. For those travelling on business there is also a new meeting rooms, not included in the price, which can accommodate up to 120 people.
